WHAT IS IT ?

The functioning of the participant is mapped out, self-insight and self-reflection are encouraged through the combination of experiential exercises (Experience) and short and targeted training pills (Inspiration).

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Through a number of specific situations, which are specific to the specific context of the participant, we look for his typical functioning. The participant can use his knowledge and expertise in the exercises. Important

is the presence of the immediate supervisor in this process . By always starting with naming the qualities, openness is created for the participant to reflect on his or her own behaviour. Then the pitfalls are discussed. In addition, it immediately explores which alternatives are possible to deal with a situation more purposefully. Targeted training pills are an integral part of the IC.

For anyone who wants to learn on the spot through direct feedback from their manager and from an external coach.
